Introducing: 1st Annual Brew Skies Festival!

We love music almost as much as we love our micro-brewed beer.  And that’s why we’re thrilled to be sponsoring our first music festival this August in Canaan Valley, WV!  Join us, on two dates: August 17-18, 2012.  The music starts at 7pm on Friday and ends at 11pm. On Saturday the music goes from noon to 11pm.

Todd Snider rolls into town as our main act, fresh off the release of his new album, “Time As We Know It: The Songs of Jerry Jeff Walker“.  Additional supporting performances will include the mind-bending sounds of Freekbass, our good friends The Spikedrivers, and local heros The Hillbilly Gypsies.  Also on the bill are Fletcher’s Grove, The Tom Batchelor Band, The Greens, Aurora Celtic, The Sam Lamont Band and Doc Lambert & the Mountain City Band.

The stage location is within Canaan Valley Sate Park behind the main lodge, below the pool.  It’s near the pavilion, so there’s a backup shelter in case of rain.  A shuttle bus will be provided from the campgrounds and cabins.  If you’re staying at the lodge, you can walk on over!
