CLOSS' HARVEST PUMPKIN ALE
Pumpkins used in this red ale were harvested in Tucker Co. – on the mountain named for Scottish immigrant Davis Closs – then slow roasted in our wood burning oven.
“HOMEGROWN” WET HOP IPA
This wet hopped IPA uses our own locally grown, freshly harvested Cascade and Willamette hops to capture flavors often driven off by conventional hop processing.
